    How long will it take for my order to ship?

    How can I track my order?

    After your online order has been received and processed, you will get an email confirming that your order has been shipped. In the email, you will find your tracking number. Please track through USPS.com or UPS.com

    How can I return an item?

    You can read all about our returns policy here. Please note: Disinfectant and Mask items cannot be returned. We do not offer free return shipping.

    Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

    We will restock items which are out of stock but do check with us by sending us an email at info@doraon.com to check with us on the timeline. We do not want to make you wait for long.
